Our Treatments

Chiropractors and osteopaths use a variety of manual therapy techniques including soft tissue treatment, spinal manipulation adjustments and rehabilitation exercises. We treat a wide range of conditions which have their roots in musculoskeletal issues, including not just joint and back pains but certain conditions of the nervous system and digestive system as well. We are first contact practitioners and are able to refer you on for further tests and treatments, if for any reason chiropractic or osteopathy is not the most appropriate treatment for you.

Unsure whether we can help with your particular case? Book a Free 30-Minute Initial Consultation and we’ll be happy to answer your questions and give you all the information you need.

Our Approach

We take a personal and individualised approach, ensuring that you get exactly the bespoke treatment you need to get back to a full and healthy life as quickly as possible.

Chiropractic and osteopathy are holistic therapies, meaning they consider the body as a whole. We are experts at understanding the relationship between different parts of the body and getting to the root of your problem, so you may find we can help you in cases where other therapies have been unable to.

We are registered with the General Chiropractic Council, General Osteopathic Council and Institute of Osteopathy, and ensure we stay current with the latest developments in our fields to provide you with the best possible care.

Who We Treat

We treat patients of all ages from students to the elderly, and all activity and fitness levels from professional sportspeople to those with more sedentary lives.

Some of our patients simply have an ache or pain from lifting or twisting awkwardly that won’t seem to go away, or an ache in the lower back from sitting at a desk for long periods or from driving. Others might have a strain or sprain from playing sports, or suffer from a chronic condition such as arthritis, sciatica or fibromyalgia.

No matter what the cause of your pain or discomfort, we will be able to offer you a professional diagnosis and comprehensive manual therapy treatment, or refer you to the correct service, if for any reason chiropractic or osteopathy is not the most appropriate treatment for you.

Our Clinicians

Clinicians Warren and Nathan both have many years experience treating many different conditions in patients of all ages.

We take a bespoke, patient-centred approach to treatment. Your treatment is tailored to you and we aim to help you as quickly as possible back to full health.

Our Aim Sets Us Apart

We always take the time to understand your pain by talking through all relevant aspects of your injury or lifestyle, and identify the reasons for your discomfort through a full examination.

It may be that the area of injury is different from the area where you are experiencing pain and the pain is simply a compensation. A full examination will reveal the true cause of your pain and allow us to offer truly effective treatment.

We will explain to you exactly why you are experiencing the problems you are having, what treatment plan we propose, and why, and how soon you are likely to see an improvement.

Your patient experience is crucial to us and you should feel fully involved at every stage of your treatment. We will also provide you with rehabilitation exercises to help you to prevent the problem recurring in future.

Your First Appointment

Visiting a new clinic can feel daunting, especially if you have little experience of physical therapy. We ensure you will receive a warm greeting, and a professional and reassuring experience.

At your first appointment, you will complete a questionnaire on your medical background and we will carry out a full physical examination to investigate the problem you are experiencing. We will give you a professional diagnosis and fully explain both what is causing your problem and our proposed physical therapy treatment programme.

You will not need to undress. It is helpful for patients to wear loose clothing, and if we need to expose an area of skin as part of the examination, we can move clothing to the side and use a towel to provide a modesty barrier, should ths be needed. In 99% of cases there will be no need to rest or do anything different after your session, and you will be able to go about your day as usual after leaving the clinic.

Booking Your Appointment

You can book an appointment quickly and easily online or by calling our reception team on 02393 233 144. For all new patients, we also offer a Free 30-Minute Consultation.

After the 30-minute consultation, the treatment cost is £58 for an initial one-hour appointment and £40 for half-hour follow-up appointments.
